Sakshi is Telugu newspaper daily. It is the second largest circulating Telugu daily. It was brought out in 23 multi-colored editions (one edition per district) by Jagati Publication
It is owned by MP Y. S. Jaganmohan reddy and is its chairman. The newspapaper as well as the news channel are run by Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy, editorial director, Jagati Publications and Mr. Jaganmohan Reddy's political mentor.

History

Sakshi newspaper was launched on March 24, 2008. The paper was designed by noted newspaper designer, Mario Garcia. The newspaper reportedly had an initial print run of more than 11 lakhs.

Circulation

As per the Audit Bureau of Circulation circulation figures released in October, 2010. Sakshi is the second largest circulating newspaper in Andhra Pradesh, next to Eenadu, with circulation figure of more than 1.3 million copies. As on August 2010, its current AIR stands at 46.38 lakh..
